As the title suggests, what impacts will subsequent operations have if there is an internal leak?
Hot light hydrocarbons leaking into the circulating water: First and foremost, the safety of the circulating water system must be given careful consideration. At the circulating water cooling towers, oil and gas, as well as hydrogen sulfide, can escape into the atmosphere. Secondly, when some of these hot light hydrocarbons enter the circulating water, the amount of oil and gas present in the cold fractionation section decreases. Thirdly, there are issues related to the equipment itself
First, consider who is under the most pressure, then consider the changes in traffic after the building is constructed, and finally consider safety
A water cooler should not be installed in this location; air cooling should be used instead.
I don’t know either; we use water cooling

With water cooling, if the pressure is higher than that in the pipeline network, the circulating water gets contaminated almost inevitably
If the leakage is severe, an immediate emergency shutdown should be initiated
