I have a bachelor’s degree and have been living outside for many years; now I want to return to my hometown of Ningbo, so I am looking for a job in the Ningbo area (Zhenhai, Beilun, Yinzhou and their surrounding regions). I feel it’s very difficult to find a job in Ningbo these days. Ah, I have to give up.
It’s so close to Shanghai – can’t you find it there? There are still many opportunities. It depends on whether you’re willing to do it properly.
Great Shanghai is easy to find; small Ningbo is hard to find. I have been in Shanghai for a long time and want to return to Ningbo, but I can’t find a suitable place there. I have worked in front-line production for almost 5 years, as well as in design for 5 years, handling everything from the preparation of process packages to detailed engineering designs. When I looked at companies in Ningbo, I found none that were suitable for me. I should do production work; people say the duration of such jobs is too short, and I won’t be doing it for many more years. I could go into design work, but I can’t get into large companies, while smaller companies dismiss me because I don’t come from a large company.
Then turn to cryogenic technology – there are quite a few cryogenic air separation units in Ningbo as well.
I’m afraid the job prospects for this are quite limited, and it’s not even a major field.
