Why do some BiTAC electrolyzers use brackish water while others don’t? Why is that?

In phase one, we increase the current to 7KA along with adding fresh brine; in phase two, it’s increased to 5KA with the addition of fresh brine. What’s the principle behind this?:)
Considering the issue of unit cell circulation volume, it is possible that the number of electrolyzer units in Phase 1 is less than that in Phase 2.
