The feed line has a pressure of 8.8 MPA in the section before the heat exchanger and 8.3 MPA in the section after it. However, something strange happened: while the pressure in the front section remained constant, the pressure in the back section fluctuated between 8.9 and 9.1 MPA from around 9 o’clock to 12 o’clock every day. What could be the reason? I observed for a month; it was the same every day. (The pressure transmitter is from EJA)
Send over the installation image for analysis.
It might be interference. When fluctuations begin, apply signals segment by segment using a signal generator.
Check if an increase in temperature is causing the pressure to rise.
It may be related to the ambient temperature. 9–12 o’clock is when the temperature can be highest during the day; the pipes lack insulation and are exposed to direct sunlight, which leads to an increase in pressure.
Is there an on-site pressure gauge? When the pressure fluctuates, do the on-site pressure gauge and the EJA fluctuate simultaneously?
In addition to instrument issues, check whether it is affected by temperature
From 8.3 to 9.1 MPa, the impact of temperature cannot be that significant either
There is nothing local; the trend is a slow rise and slow fall
Brother Wang is right; to reach such a high level, one would explode from being exposed to the sun
The temperature of this section of pipeline remains constant at 246℃
