Common problems in naphtha hydrogenation units?

Our company has recently upgraded its naphtha hydrogenation unit. May I ask, experts, what are the common problems with this type of unit? How is it all handled?

Naphtha is heated and fed into the desulfurization and hydrogenation reactor, and the resulting gas mixture is sent to a separation tank for separation. Part of the vapor phase is recycled, while another part goes into the exhaust gas treatment system (sodium hydrosulfide reactor) to produce the by-product sodium hydrosulfide; the liquid phase enters a stabilization tower, with the product from the top of this tower being sent to another liquefied gas aromatization unit. The material from the top of the tower then enters a naphtha fractionation tower to separate out the gasoline components.
When producing sodium hydrosulfide through exhaust gas absorption, attention must be paid to the crystallization process, as well as to controlling the concentration of caustic soda and the temperature. The rest seem to be quite common; they are covered in detail in the technical Q&A
Yes, this sodium hydrosulfide often crystallizes and blocks the pipes. To prevent crystallization, we installed a circulation pump, but the pump’s seal wears out frequently, causing it to stop working
