Melsonian locator issue

There is a Memosens locator that sends a 4mA signal; the actual valve position on site is fully closed, yet the feedback signal output by the locator is 19%. I would like to ask fellow engineers whether it’s possible to zero this feedback value online
Check the manual; it should be adjustable.
Try self-tuning first; if that doesn’t work, consider adjusting the mechanical feedback first.
