Safety protection issues for combustible medium pipelines laid parallel to railways

Pipelines carrying flammable media (including those of categories A and B) are laid parallel to the railway over a distance of about 30 meters. Due to certain constraints, the distance between the pipelines and the railway does not meet the requirements specified in TB10063-2007. Are there any other safety measures that can be taken to address this issue?

This can be resolved by using buried or concrete-lined box culverts.
