Some factories combine the two absorption towers’ acid circulation tanks into one larger circulation tank, or use a structure in which the bottoms of the two circulation tanks are connected to each other. Since I have no experience with combined devices, I would appreciate it if fellow sailors could help analyze the differences between using them combined and not

We have three towers and one tank; drying and the first suction are in one area, the second suction is in another area, with a partition wall in between.
So your company probably doesn’t have 93 acid products, right?
There is no 93 acid; it’s all 98 acid
We combine suction and compression; the exhaust gas level seems to be high, so the circulation tank must be large enough. We also have a system with a separate cycle; the control of acid concentration differs slightly in that case
In sulfur-based acid production, 98% dry air is used; there are three towers and one tank, with the dried air being recycled back into the process to facilitate acid production, and this setup can serve as a desorption tower. In pyrite-based acid production, 93% dry air is utilized, and the connection between the first and second absorption stages helps to reduce cross-contamination of acids, thereby facilitating better control over liquid levels and acid concentration
