The samples of the refined oil from the first hydrocracking reactor always contain yellow liquid; please analyze the cause. Thank you

How long has your hydrocracking unit been in operation? Is the insufficient degree of hydrogenation caused by an excessive space velocity?
No, according to analysis it might be ammonia. I’m not sure if that’s possible, but I don’t know where the water comes from. The yellow liquid separates from the oil and stays attached to the walls
