Must the air supply pipe for the boiler’s pneumatic valve be made of rubber?
Not necessarily; metal tubes might also be used :):):)
There are also those made of copper tubes or stainless steel tubes

Not necessarily; hoses are easier to adjust, while metal pipes are fixed in place
