The continuous operation of large conveyor systems brings high efficiency to enterprises and reduces the workload on workers. However, after operating for extended periods, maintenance is required. In particular, the components of belt conveyors are crucial for the maintenance of entire conveyor machinery. Here, taking plastic bearings used in pharmaceutical belt conveyors as an example, we will explain the various maintenance measures applicable to such plastic bearings. Shanghai Yuyin conveyor parts, including plastic bearing housings and mechanical components, are also classified by their shape into bakelite handles, embossed handles, through-hole star-shaped handles, cross-shaped handles, and star-shaped handles. The entire plastic bearing assembly is made of lubricating materials. To ensure that plastic bearings can resist wear and rust during mechanical operation, it is necessary to choose plastics with low metal content for their design and selection; they should be manufactured through injection molding. It is also important to regularly check the performance of these plastic bearings. The material composition, hardness, and surface roughness of the shafts in contact with them, as well as the operating speed of the plastic bearings and the maintenance practices employed, are all closely related to their performance. Any plastic bearing for pharmaceutical belt conveyors is also at its most critical during the startup phase. It is a very common situation to encounter a situation where, in plastic bearings used in pharmaceutical belt conveyors, the lubrication film has not yet been formed when the bearing starts to operate. As long as these plastic bearings are working under load, they will experience slight wear. Therefore, try to reduce the load on the plastic bearings of pharmaceutical belt conveyor accessories during operation, and increase the load once normal operation is achieved. The wear particles from plastic bearings can fill the outer surface of the shaft, thereby creating an optimal lubrication film even under conditions of low wear. After startup, the wear of the plastic bearings used in the components of pharmaceutical belt conveyors decreases rapidly; these factors have little impact on the dimensions, and the wear rate remains low and stable during continuous operation after the startup phase is over. The maintenance of plastic bearings, which are components of pharmaceutical belt conveyors, requires users to have an understanding of these components. It is necessary to follow the manuals provided by the manufacturers of such components when adjusting the plastic bearings, with all procedures being carried out in accordance with the instructions given in those manuals.
