Honeywell Configuration Studio cannot connect to the C200 controller

The system software version is PKS301, the controller is C200, and the network used is ControNet, which relies on coaxial cables for transmission. Some time ago I performed a GHOST restoration on Server A; recently, when I opened Configuration Studio on this server (A), it could not connect to the controller. The two servers are supposed to be able to operate in a redundant manner. Initially, Server A served as the main server, but when I switched to Server B, all the trend history data was lost and the time could not be synchronized either. I would like to ask those who are familiar with this system what’s going on and how this issue can be resolved
This post was last edited by yangt9 on 2015-12-24 at 15:56. After the installation, I restored ERDM and EMDB to the same state as they were on Server B, but it still didn’t work.
I have not used Honeywell’s DCS, but generally speaking, after installing GHOST, don’t some of the installation files from the original Configuration Studio get deleted? I think the original poster should reinstall Configuration Studio and import the latest configuration; that might work.
