For the methods of erecting scaffolding outside large storage tanks and inside them, I’m a bit confused. 1. In both methods, mobile carts are used – what is the purpose of these mobile carts? 2. Is external scaffolding used for welding work outside the wall panels, while internal scaffolding is used for welding inside the wall panels? Do both methods require welding on the inside as well as the outside? 3. I have seen explanations on the Internet about the differences between the two methods, and one of them states that \"the construction location is different; external scaffolding is used for construction on the inside of the wall panels, while internal scaffolding is used for construction on the outside of the wall panels.\" Is this statement correct?
