Work Location: Guangzhou Job Responsibilities: 1. Operate in strict accordance with ** and Praxair’s safety production guidelines to ensure achievement of annual safety production targets； 2. Execute Praxair’s reliability work procedures to carry out routine equipment maintenance (PM) tasks ； 3. Develop and implement LSOPs and LSMPs for the operation and maintenance of factory-related equipment ； 4. Responsible for managing the documentation related to special equipment, carrying out regular inspections, annual inspections, and comprehensive inspections; also responsible for coordinating with the departments in charge of special equipment ； 5. Responsible for the daily management of the water treatment system, planning and ordering of chemicals, as well as coordinating with and managing water treatment suppliers ； 6. Responsible for the management of spare parts, tools and equipment, as well as lubricants, including submitting purchase requests (determining models, specifications, quantities, etc.), coordinating price inquiries and placing orders, tracking the procurement process, receiving goods, and storing them. Daily management of inventory items involves inspections, inventory counts, statistics, tracking of goods in and out of storage, and measures to prevent corrosion ； 7. Responsible for managing equipment records, as well as organizing and archiving equipment inspection records and maintenance records ； 8. Work with the reliability supervisor to monitor and track the status of equipment: analyze various operational parameters of the equipment to identify or predict potential failures or issues in a timely manner ； 9. Accept professional guidance from the Reliability Center to carry out thorough maintenance of the equipment, including all preparatory work prior to maintenance, control over safety, schedule, and quality during the maintenance process, post-maintenance summaries, as well as updates to maintenance records and archives ； 10. Responsible for managing suppliers and construction teams, as well as ensuring “5S” safety management at the construction site ； 11. In the event of an emergency or malfunction at the factory (including the surrounding SOS factories), carry out urgent repairs to the mechanical equipment ； 12. Carry out productivity projects related to the factory. 13. Be responsible for the technical upgrading of mechanical equipment and facilities to improve the factory’s reliability and safety ； 14. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: 1. In good health, with no occupational contraindications. 2. A bachelor’s degree in machinery or a related field, along with at least three years of professional work experience. 3. Preference will be given to those who possess a certificate for operating special equipment and an intermediate or higher professional title. 4. Ability to read English materials proficiently and use computer office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
