I cleaned the calcination furnace some time ago. When it’s in operation, there’s a \"clicking\" sound coming from the tow bar; it seems like it’s about to break down, haha. Adding lubricant didn’t help either. I spent a long time trying to figure out where the noise was coming from – could someone please explain it to me?
What specification do your calcination furnaces have? It’s possible that there is a problem with the bearings inside the trailer.
Is it possible that the locking bolt of the swirled washer has loosened, causing a gap between the large swirled ring and the seat ring?
There is indeed a problem with the bearing of one of the front idler wheels, but it’s the rear idler wheel that makes noise, and the current level is quite normal
That calciner is an old-style one; the bearings are located on the raceways, fixing the shaft in place. There’s a problem with one bearing on the front raceway, but where exactly is the noise coming from in the rear raceway? The shims are used to provide extra reinforcement, so there’s no issue there. After it ran for a few days, the noise disappeared. At that time, the supervisor told us to keep going – :lol They weren’t sure either
