Which company is best at producing acid-resistant fluorinated chemical pumps that can withstand 130°C? Please ask fellow travelers for recommendations! (The currently used PFA-lined pump performs poorly, and its mechanical seal tends to break easily. )
130 degrees – our family can handle it easily. If the mechanical seal fails easily, it’s not clear whether the manufacturer will replace it with a high-temperature seal. We can manufacture fluorine-lined magnetic pumps and fluorine-lined centrifugal pumps at 150 degrees, and we have successful cases to prove it.

Look at the pump shown in my profile image – it’s a clamp-type fluoropolymer-lined pump, designed for transporting substances at high temperatures that contain solid particles. For temperatures of 130 degrees, it depends on what plastic material is chosen. Many plastic materials now support media at 130 degrees.

Agreed; also check whether there are any issues with the process flow.

The PFA material is no problem; the key lies in the sealing solution
