I have a factory building that is 10X20 meters in size and 12 meters high. There is vertical equipment with a diameter of 2 meters and a length of 7 meters. I want to install this equipment in the building. 1. If it’s placed on the first floor, what dimensions should be reserved for it (width and height)? ) the door? How to lift it into place (how to get it upright once it’s inside)? 2. If it is to be placed on the 2nd floor, what measures should be taken to ensure it can be lifted into place? ? If this tower comes with SKIDs, it might be possible to install it inside the factory building; if that’s feasible, the requirements regarding doors will be much less stringent. Of course, the convenience of moving out also needs to be considered.

I can’t be called a hero; I’m more of a fool. . . Put it on the 1st floor, entering horizontally through the door? Then, when turning over, it involves rotating 90 degrees around some point at the bottom as an axis. Is there a risk that this rotation point will be damaged or slip? Where does the force needed for turning over come from? Will the movement of this force (the crane + steel cable) cause it to collide with other objects? Place it on the 2nd floor: simply tear a hole in the roof and lift it into place. As long as it is within the lifting height limit allowed by the crane (in other words, after the equipment is lifted off the ground, it’s not necessary to break walls to get it inside the building), create an opening in the roof of a size smaller than that required for placement on the 1st floor, and then lift the equipment in through that opening. It’s safer.

Oh, different fields are like mountains apart; I have no idea how many towers you want to build, and I’ve never worked on building towers either. Make a mobile fixture that can be used to lift the equipment and then pull it away – is that possible? Also, after the crane hook lifts the tower, will the height above the ground be sufficient to allow it to enter the factory building?
