Seeking DCS calculation formulas for specific oxygen consumption and specific coal consumption
Does this require DCS calculation? Do you have an online measurement of the slurry concentration? It can be done as long as the relevant instruments are available; if the conditions are met, it’s quite simple to carry out. Those who are familiar with DCS configuration can do it – it basically involves customization.
Of course, this requires calculation. The coal slurry concentration isn’t an issue, and the fluctuations aren’t very large either. As for the volume of dry gas, the compressibility factor and temperature need to be taken into account in order to make a proper assessment.
I’m not referring to the multiplication and division used in the configuration, but rather whether there are any empirical formulas suitable for adjusting operating conditions here.
