Dear experts, I intend to open a small gas station next to a newly built road in my hometown in Shandong. There are no buildings in the surrounding area; how should I proceed? What are the processes? Which procedures are relatively difficult to handle? Thank you all for sharing your insights!
One is from the Work Safety Supervision Bureau, another is from the National Development and Reform Commission; the rest are trivial, especially those from the National Development and Reform Commission
First of all, the necessary licenses must be in order, such as a business license and a hazardous materials operation permit, among others. A land use permit is required. Other procedures such as those related to environmental protection, work safety supervision, and fire safety are also easy to handle.
The requirements of different regions and various departments also vary; for example, the safety supervision and fire protection agencies in Shenyang and Changchun have different requirements in their daily management. Procedures such as the three simultaneities requirement, safety assessment, environmental impact assessment, oil and gas recovery, fire safety opinions, business license, hazardous chemicals permit, and so on.
