Help, can’t get rid of the sludge?

In urban sewage treatment plants, the sludge cannot be removed – the belt filter is working properly, and adjusting the amount of flocculant used doesn’t help either. I need expert advice! ! ! It’s urgent! ! ! (A2/0 process; the COD level in the influent remains around 100 over time, while the ammonia nitrogen level is between 30 and 40) ； Microscopic examination shows that organisms such as scyphozoans, rotifers, rhabdophores, chaetognaths, and spiny tails are quite active; the sedimentation ratio is now at 65, and the pH in the biochemical tank is normal
In winter, due to the low temperatures, the hydrolysis rate and capacity of PAM decrease, resulting in a relative shortage of this chemical; attempts are then made to increase the dosage or raise the water temperature.
In addition to what was mentioned above, the idle time can also be extended.
The water is not clear; I have a suggestion: using white clay for filtering sludge works well, but temperature seems to be an issue in your case.
