Hello everyone: I’m seeking advice from those who are experienced in hydrotreating heavy residue oil. If a residue oil hydrotreatment unit is to be shut down for catalyst replacement, and a film-forming agent is used to facilitate the removal of the catalyst, what kind of film-forming agent is typically chosen? What are the conditions for injecting this agent and for forming the film? It would be great if you could share any information related to film-forming agents!
