Steps for backing up Moore system databases

Due to the shutdown for maintenance of the Moore system equipment, it is necessary to create a backup of the project database. Is there any expert who can assist me? Could you provide the steps for creating a backup database? Thank you very much! :It would be better if there are screenshots of the steps
Is it an upper-level or lower-level backup? What is used for the upper-level software? If it’s in a lower level, simply transfer the contents inside the controller to a directory. If Intouch is used for the upper-level system, back up the project folder.
I just want to back up the database; I won’t touch the controllers on the hardware side. We’re using Intouch, which I assume is what you mean by the upper-level system. Do I just need to find the folder and copy it out?
