Due to operating conditions. Cable connectors often get corroded and rusted, leading to failures. I found that there was a cable inside the kettle made of stainless steel, but I couldn’t find anywhere to buy it. For our operating conditions, stainless steel works well.

That’s right; for wire nozzles, copper is generally the material of choice.
It’s not that the cables are of poor quality or that the operating conditions are harsh; it’s simply that you’re using them in the wrong way. Generally, instruments come with a protection rating of IP65 or higher, which prevents water and corrosive substances from getting in. If it’s not a zone with explosion hazards, use flame-retardant cable seals to ensure the integrity of the wiring box. In zones with explosion hazards, use explosion-proof seals that have the same explosion-proof rating as the instrument itself. If you’re still not confident, choose a Barrier gland for the explosion-proof sealing joint; I’m not sure what its Chinese name is.
. . . The original poster’s question isn’t very clear – why does corrosion occur at the cable joints? Could you be more specific? It would be great if you could take a photo. The resistivity of stainless steel is several dozen times that of copper; using it as a conductive material is highly unreasonable and uneconomical. If you want to replace it with a stainless steel cable, there’s no need to consider it. Moreover, corrosion issues need to be considered for the contact between different metals.
Apply tin plating there, at the cable ends – tin plating there should make things better. Our connection terminals should also be tin-plated. Tin plating is estimated to be easier to handle
The owner’s cable was made of copper, and it corroded very quickly? I personally guess that it’s probably not simple chemical corrosion; an electrochemical approach should be considered. Is it because the copper cable was sacrificed as an anode?
We can make stainless steel wires for you, but at least in bundles; it’s not possible to produce lengths of one or two hundred meters. Also, what is the insulation material? I’m concerned about corrosion issues – but that’s easy to solve: use stainless steel connectors for layer-by-layer protection, with each layer overlapping the previous one, so how could corrosion occur?
