Superheated steam is obtained after heating saturated steam. What are the factors that limit the degree of superheating of saturated steam? Thank you for the help

The approach we take is to allow overheating first and then add water to cool down the system, so as to meet the temperature requirements for distribution in the pipeline network.
The temperature generally does not exceed 25°C; too high a superheat level hinders heat transfer. Pure steam relies primarily on the heat released during phase change, and to make more efficient use of this phase change process, an upper limit for superheat is set.
The temperature at which saturated steam is converted into superheated steam can, in theory, be set to any desired temperature; the main limitations are 1) the temperature of the heat source and 2) the material of the pipes
You can reach whatever temperature you desire, as long as the heat source is hot enough. However, eventually the water will break down into hydrogen and oxygen; P
