Steel-lined P0 pipes use ordinary carbon steel pipes as the base, with a thermoplastic PO plastic possessing excellent chemical stability lined on the inside. They are formed through cold drawing compounding or rotational molding, and thus combine the mechanical properties of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance of PO plastic pipes, making them ideal for transporting media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive gases. Steel-lined P0 pipes, also known as PO-lined steel pipes, are made by using ordinary carbon steel pipes as the base structure, with a thermoplastic PO plastic possessing excellent chemical stability lined on the inside; they are formed through rotational molding. These pipes combine the mechanical properties of steel pipes with the corrosion-resistant characteristics of PO plastic pipes, making them ideal for transporting media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and corrosive gases. Steel-lined PO pipes are widely used in industries such as chemicals, biology, metallurgy, power generation, smelting, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and environmental protection. Within the temperature range of -20°C to 105°C, they represent an ideal material for replacing linings made of rubber, ceramics, fiberglass, stainless steel, and plastic sheets. Performance of steel-lined PO pipes: Operating temperature of the medium: -25°C to +105°C. Operating pressure of the medium: 2.5 MPa under positive pressure; 90 KPa under negative pressure. Features of this series of products: non-toxic, resistant to high and low temperatures as well as negative pressures, resistant to vacuum and corrosion, resistant to aging and impact, with a smooth surface and strong adhesion. It has good performance in organic solvents for common acids, bases, and salts, and is suitable for transporting corrosive gases, liquids, solids, as well as slurry media. Steel-reinforced plastic composite pipes are made from high-strength plastic-coated steel wire mesh as the reinforcement framework and thermoplastic polyethylene as the raw material. The steel wire mesh serves as a reinforcing element for the polyethylene pipe, with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) acting as the base material. High-performance HDPE-modified adhesive resins are used to firmly bond the steel wire framework to the inner and outer layers of HDPE, thereby achieving an excellent composite structure. Thanks to the high-strength steel reinforcement embedded within continuous thermoplastic material, this composite pipe overcomes the respective disadvantages of steel pipes and plastic pipes, while retaining their respective advantages. The steel wire mesh reinforced plastic composite pipe uses high-quality materials and advanced production techniques, giving it improved pressure resistance. At the same time, this composite pipe possesses excellent flexibility, making it suitable for water and gas supply pipeline systems buried over long distances. The fittings used for steel wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipes are electric fusion polyethylene fittings. During connection, the heating element inside the fitting is used to melt the outer plastic layer of the pipe and the inner plastic layer of the fitting, thereby securing a reliable connection between the pipe and the fitting.
