For reference when writing a dedicated article: The Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China (Principal Decree No. 13); The Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (Principal Decree No. 6, 2008). Are the years indicated in parentheses necessary? In other words, was there Order No. 6 in 2009? Was there a No. 6 in 2010? Are the numbers arranged in ascending order for that year?
Articles rarely cite laws. Not very clear.
We write it as follows: The Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (issued by Order No. 4 of the 9th **President**, amended by Order No. 6 of the 11th **President**, and in force as of May 1, 2009)
It’s written in great detail, but it’s just way too long{:3_55:}
We don’t write the date; we just write the order number
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, Order No. 48 of the People’s Republic of China – this is the correct version.
