Service life of PT100
Considering the actual operating conditions, there should be no lifespan issues under normal operating conditions.
It can be used as long as it passes the inspection. Thermal resistors have poor shock resistance, so they are prone to damage when used in environments with vibrations.
Depending on the process conditions at the site, the PT100 temperature probe and the silver wire are already very thin.
It’s hard to say; it depends on the usage environment and product quality.....
