How many Nm3 of dry gas seal (nitrogen) is consumed per hour?
It mainly controls the nitrogen pressure. The nitrogen consumption is very low.
So, which one plays a dominant role, the sealing pressure or the sealing gas flow rate?
The leakage amount seems to be related to the shaft diameter, but it’s not significant in any case
In the case of a serial seal, the nitrogen consumption is 1 standard cubic meter per hour; for the pressure-enabled 74 scheme, the consumption is generally around 0.2, depending on the pressure.
