It is best to use the shell side, although the pressure on the shell side is quite high and the amount of metal required is large. It shouldn’t be a big problem. It is best to install insect-proof plates for imports, and the flow rate should be lower than that of normal fluids, as this reduces wear on the tube bundle.
The cold fluid (water side, tube side) is about 40 kilograms, while the hot fluid is 50–60 kilograms.

For solids in the shell side, it is recommended to use spiral baffle heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer; we have used such exchangers many times.
