On our end, there are mainly two aspects. The first is environmental improvement measures: noise reduction is achieved by adding soundproof enclosures on the outside, which ensures compliance with environmental regulations and eliminates the need for hassle during regular environmental audits. The second aspect involves adding a layer of non-woven fabric around the filter cartridges; this has little impact on resistance but extends the service life of the cartridges – from needing to be replaced every six months before to once a year now. Usually, only the non-woven fabric needs to be replaced~~
Regarding the optimization of air filters, the situations in the north and south may differ. We replace them based on the level of resistance and the duration of use. In the north, there are likely many willow trees, and during summer and autumn, a large amount of willow fluff is produced, which increases the resistance on the filter bags (just like cotton, it sticks to the filter bags and cannot be removed by backwashing). The impact of southern willow fluff should be relatively minor. Generally, a protective net can be installed around the air filter (it can be put in place during the season when willow fluff is abundant and removed in winter)

Here, we use steel structures with colored steel sheets to enclose the filter, with openings on the sides fitted with filter screens; in addition, a layer of fine filter screen is installed around each air intake opening, which is replaced roughly once a year.
According to the manufacturer’s recommendations, the filter tank should be replaced every twelve months or so. In fact, the replacement cycle is determined based on the pressure difference of the air passing through the filter cartridge. We use equipment from Jiangyin Renhe on site; only wire mesh has been added to the outside, which results in relatively high noise levels. Not much has been changed in terms of modifications; it’s been in use for 2 years now. The resistance is now below 250 Pa. Every year, after the willow fluff settles, each component is removed and cleaned using compressed air from a simple device I built. After cleaning everything, the resistance drops by several dozen Pa; Mainly in winter, when temperatures are low and humidity is high in the north, frost forms on the lower filter screens. It’s possible to cover the filters with non-woven fabric in advance; once frost has formed, it can be removed by shaking it off. If the situation isn’t severe, simply tapping the filters will suffice to remove the frost
Ours also has non-woven fabric added; it needs to be replaced during windy and sandy weather. The air is drawn directly from behind the pressure booster, and a pressure reducing valve can suffice for this purpose. In summer, when temperatures are high, the amount of air available is clearly insufficient, so opening two more doors can increase the air intake. Our filter cartridges don’t need to be replaced frequently – we only replaced them once this year. If it seems that the filter cartridges are dirty, they can be removed in batches and blown out using instrument air, which can save a significant amount of money.
