What’s your opinion on giving and receiving?

Hard work pays off, right? Effort and reward are proportional, right? Are there more rewards for the efforts put in, or are there more cases where no reward is received? Could everyone talk about it based on their own experiences?
The efforts you put in at work don’t necessarily show up in your salary; instead, you gain experience and qualifications. Proper use of experience and qualifications can lead to reasonable rewards.
Giving and receiving: sometimes you think that you should receive a material reward for your efforts, but you often overlook the experiences, insights, friendships, and interpersonal relationships that you gain as a result of your efforts – things that sometimes cannot be measured in terms of value. There is definitely a reward for what you give; it’s just that you yourself don’t know or realize it, and you haven’t noticed the form that this reward takes. . .
Sometimes you can’t be too serious, especially when it comes to giving back. If you come across a situation where you want to do something or help, then do it and help; if not, just walk away! It’s better to be more casual
Sometimes it’s just not possible; I feel upset every time bonuses are distributed, as what I give and what I get aren’t equal
It depends on what the expected return is; it’s hard to tell anything in the short term. One either feels like they have made a profit or feels like they have suffered a loss.
Effort doesn’t necessarily yield results, but no effort definitely means no results. What one gets in return for their efforts is not necessarily money or honors; that’s not the most important thing. What truly matters is acquiring knowledge and gaining experience.
It might sound a bit exaggerated, but that’s indeed how I think.
Effort does not necessarily equal reward. . However, there is no reward without effort. . So it’s better not to worry too much about everything:lol
Effort does not necessarily lead to recognition, but no effort definitely means no recognition. Keep doing what you want to do; it’s just a matter of time before there’s a report required.

One must receive appropriate compensation for what they give; it’s foolish to give without getting anything in return – that’s like working to benefit others. Contributions should be taken into account before considering income. After all, we can’t allow some people to earn high salaries while causing damage, nor can we reduce the salaries of those who generate millions or billions in profits for the company. If history could repeat itself, companies wouldn’t suffer the consequences they do today.
