Article 15 of the **Regulations on Safety Training for Production and Business Operations** (Order No. 3 issued by the State Administration of Work Safety) stipulates that for new employees in production and business operations, the pre-job training period must be no less than 24 hours. New employees in production and operation units such as coal mines, non-coal mines, hazardous chemicals, and fireworks must receive safety training for no less than 72 hours, and must undergo retraining for no less than 20 hours each year.
