Dear sea friends: I would like to ask if there is any equipment that uses solvents and also includes analytical equipment (that is not explosion-proof). The material solvent flows through the equipment before reaching the analysis device, and after passing through the analysis device, it goes to the explosion-proof area. If these two sets of equipment are in a Class A workshop, the analysis equipment should be placed there as well, separated by an explosion-proof wall and located away from any sources of flammable materials. Is this in compliance with the standards? ?

No! Explosion-proof walls cannot prevent analysis equipment from acting as an ignition source and coming into contact with flammable gases in the space, thereby causing an explosion. From your description, it seems to be an online analysis device. A common approach is to follow the design of an analysis booth, by enclosing the analysis equipment within a sealed booth equipped with an independent air supply and exhaust system as well as gas detection capabilities. If the analysis device is small, it can be enclosed in an explosion-proof box, similar to the explosion-proof type; of course, it can also be made inflatable for explosion protection by allowing air to pass through.
The analysis equipment is placed in a separate space separated by a firewall, with fire suppression devices installed at both the front and back
