-In our four classes, each class has 7–8 people: three are responsible for internal operations, and one person is assigned to each of the heating furnace, distillation, and stabilization tasks.
We have a large workforce here, as all tasks related to cutting coke, cutting towers, and handling cold coke are carried out manually. One operation for reactions, one for furnaces, one for distillation, one for stabilization, and one for refinement; in addition, there is an external operation for amine solution regeneration in coking. 2 per position.
Here, the tasks are divided into categories such as reaction fractionation, heating furnaces, and stabilization refining; there are 3 people assigned to each category. The personnel responsible for coking do not work shifts and instead work fixed shifts
Two coking units operate simultaneously, following a five-shift three-shift rotation system; each shift has about 15 people, with approximately 10 being the actual crew members. 3 internal operators.
