What are the common faults and solutions for automatic control of continuous casting liquid level? Help! I used to work in machinery but have switched to instrument maintenance at a steel plant; I’m not very familiar with common faults. I hope experienced colleagues can share more information on common level-related faults and their solutions!
There are many different ways of control, and it depends on the specific issue at hand. As someone who started learning this field later on, I feel that I need to deal with various problems and gain experience; when faced with something I don’t understand, I read books and study the relevant theories, and gradually I find the right approach.
