As the title suggests, when selecting an evaporator, under what circumstances is it appropriate to use a kettle-type evaporator, and when is it suitable to use a heater + drum-type evaporator?
It depends on the process requirements; generally, the degree of drying in batch evaporators is lower than that in drum evaporators, but the system is simpler
