What is the relationship between air supply input and output in a double-acting positioner? If the pressure of the input air supply is 0.5 MPa and the valve is opened to 75% to maintain stability, what will be the respective pressures of the output air supply at this time? Is the output pressure of the positioner related to the brand of the positioner as well? I hope an expert can help answer this; I would be extremely grateful.
The last question: the output pressure of a positioner has nothing to do with the brand of the positioner. Positioners of various brands have their output pressure set according to the requirements of the valve they are used with! ~
The output air pressure of the locator is related to the input signal; for example, with an input of 4–20 mA at a pressure of 0.01–0.1 MPa, the output pressure is 0.06–0.6 MPa, and so on. Therefore, the parameters indicated on the locator’s nameplate can be consulted to find out this information....
Our company has double-acting on-off valves, but no double-acting control valves. It is estimated that the output pressure gauges show values of around 3.7 kilograms and 1.2 kilograms respectively. The other question has nothing to do with the brand. . .

Thank you all for your answers. Some of you might not have understood my question clearly; I was referring to the pressures at the two outputs when the valve is in equilibrium. Undoubtedly, the pressures at these two outputs must be the same. If they were different, the valve would definitely continue to move. The fifth floor is correct; one of the Fisher positioners in our factory yields a pressure output that is approximately 0.7 times the input pressure when the valve is stable. The images from the fifth floor show that the input-output relationship varies for different double-acting positioners.
