No accidents involving equipment, processes, electrical systems, etc., that result in direct losses of over 150,000 yuan occur throughout the year. No equipment, process, or electrical incidents occur that result in a single-system shutdown lasting more than 16 hours. 5. Supervise and inspect the unit’s work related to safe production, carefully monitor situations and promptly eliminate potential hazards related to production safety accidents. Report production safety accidents in a timely, accurate, and complete manner, and organize effective rescue efforts for such accidents; the handling of accidents adheres to the principle of \"not letting go of any aspect until it is resolved.\" 6. Organize and implement major safety technology measures projects to ensure the effective allocation of safety funds. 7. The pass rate for key process indicators is over 98%, and the availability rate of major equipment is over 95% ; The inspection compliance rate for special equipment reaches 100%, ensuring that pressure pipelines are under control. 8. The inspection rate for various safety interlock alarms, online monitoring devices for toxic and hazardous substances as well as flammable and explosive gases, and various explosion and toxicity detection instruments is 100%; the inspection rate for relay protection devices is also 100%, ensuring sensitivity and reliability. 9. 100% coverage of safety training for all employees; 100% coverage of safety production training for new employees prior to starting work, as well as for employees who leave their current positions or change roles ; The certification rate for safety management personnel and special operation workers undergoing training before taking up their posts is 100%. No major accidents caused by illegal instructions or improper operations occur. 10. Project construction is carried out in strict accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, with proper safety assessments and environmental impact evaluations conducted, as well as effective management and control throughout the project implementation process to ensure the safety of construction work. In the event of major or severe safety accidents, the principal responsible persons shall be held administratively and legally accountable in accordance with the law. 2.
