Longitudinal crack in membrane wall

After the membrane wall was installed and pressure was applied, longitudinal cracks about 100 meters long were found. The tubes and flat steel of this membrane wall are welded on only one side. :Q:L

The membrane-type water wall is manufactured in the factory and has already undergone heat treatment; no further processing of the membrane-type water wall tubes can be done on-site except for welding； Another issue is the poor thermal expansion of the water wall; there are factors that hinder its expansion, and thermal stress causes the joints between the fins and the tubes to tear. Appropriate measures need to be taken to address this problem.
