Introduction to the drop test machine: The drop test machine is specifically used to test the damage to product packaging caused by drops, as well as to evaluate its impact resistance during transportation and handling. It features dual-column guidance, an adjustable number of drop heights, and operates in a stable and reliable manner. It can perform drops on edges, surfaces, and corners, meeting the requirements of GB/T4857.5-92 and ISO2248-1972E. 　　Working principle of the drop test machine: The test sample is lifted to a predetermined height and then allowed to fall freely in a specified manner, hitting the impact surface. For packaged products, during the experiment, the object to be tested is placed on the workbench. After selecting an appropriate position based on the required height for the test, it can be easily set using a scale, and then fixed with fixing rods. There are three types of fixation methods: corner fixation, triangular fixation, and six-sided fixation. Once the height is determined, the drop button is pressed to cause the workbench to separate from the object being tested instantly, allowing the object to fall freely.
