My current workplace is my second job, where I have been working for 8 years. The geographical environment is good, but work has not been going well over the past two years; coupled with working shifts and staying up late, it has left me physically and mentally exhausted. I submitted resignation requests to Manager Chong’s office several times, but every time I thought about it, my son was just over 1 year old, and we would have to go through the hassle of selling our house and moving. There’s no determination at all. With the poor economic situation outside, our boss at least manages to pay salaries on time, and there’s no reduction in bonuses either. All kinds of pain. It feels like my life is ruined because of money.
