I have a question for everyone: is it possible to retain the desulfurization and power generation units in the process of heat-recovery coke ovens, and replace those ovens with ordinary mechanical coke ovens along with a drum cooling section? Are there any relevant performance metrics? If not, what are the reasons (including cost and environmental protection aspects)? I would appreciate it if experts could provide a detailed answer.
