Some electrostatic mist eliminators claim to be able to meet the 5mg/Nm3 requirement – is that true?
I have visited sulfuric acid factories in Japan; their exhaust gas treatment process involves first using alkali for washing, then passing the gas through an electrostatic precipitator, before it is released, with real-time monitoring to ensure that the concentration remains below 5 mg/Nm3
It’s true, right? We plan to power on the electrostatic precipitator after preparing the desulfurization tower before releasing the emissions.
The key is that as long as the flow rate and the pre-treatment beforehand are adequate, there will be no problems
