Do registered safety engineers need to go to a designated location to register in person?

The company’s business has declined sharply recently, and with so much free time, I’ve decided to plan my study schedule for the next one or two years. Optional qualifications include first-class constructor, registered safety engineer, supervision engineer, etc. It is currently understood that when applying for the first time, one must go to the designated location in person to submit the application. I would like to ask whether, to register as a safety engineer, one must go to the designated location to complete the registration process before being able to take the exam?

Fill out the form online, print it out, have it stamped by the employer, obtain a certificate of working experience and a job position certificate, and then present these documents for verification on site.
Of course, you need to go in person; your documents will need to be verified! This can’t be done by someone else! ;P
I checked the situation in different places. I went there by myself, carrying several sets of documents~~~~ All the ID-related paperwork was ready, and that’s why my application was approved~~~~~~~

Mine was handled by my employer, but all the relevant documents have to be given to the person handling it – things like ID cards and degree certificates
