I would like to ask everyone: there is a description of control loops in the process procedure – how should this be completed? Should the interlocks shown in the PID diagram be included in it?
Control loop: Generally, it involves automatic control valves used to regulate parameters such as pressure, flow rate, liquid level, and temperature. The purpose is to facilitate operation, and it differs from interlock functions. Interlocks are generally required for safety purposes; control circuits are not needed. The instructions for the control circuit generally require a detailed explanation of the function of that control valve, as well as how to adjust the various elements it is connected to.
Are they just some explanations related to sequential control, containing specific operation steps and detailed descriptions of each joint?
