Desulfurization tower level

The HPF is used for desulfurization, and the liquid level in the desulfurization tower is generally maintained at 5–5.5 meters. However, the liquid level in Tower No. 2 keeps dropping, falling from 5.5 meters to 2.5 meters. Why? After pumping water from the low-level tank to the desulfurization tower, the liquid level continued to drop. Where has all the water gone? How can it be adjusted to keep the liquid level roughly constant?
