Temperature at the bottom of the convection section in the radiant section of the heating furnace

During the heating of a furnace, why is the temperature in the radiation section 100°C while the temperature at the bottom of the convection section is 216°C? What are the reasons for this phenomenon? How can I reduce the temperature difference between two points?
Have you checked the thermocouple? Additionally, thermocouples are not suitable for low temperatures; the error is significant below 300, so I estimate that 100 is not the true value.
