What are the restrictions on using mobile phones in the chemical plant area? Can I take a photo? Can I make and receive calls? What are the different requirements for explosive-proof areas and non-explosive-proof areas?
If there is a leak of flammable substances in a device, it will be detected when someone in that area receives a phone call – an explosion will then occur.
Anyone entering the production area must shut it down, and collection and management should be centralized. Using a phone in the facility results in a fine and suspension from work.
Are there complete and detailed regulations?
This issue needs to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis: what is being produced, what materials are used, and whether there is a risk of explosion. Of course, it’s certainly not a bad thing to have stricter requirements in the production area.

You can refer to gas stations; it is forbidden to use mobile phones there. In areas prone to fire and explosion, the use of mobile phones and pagers is strictly prohibited, as is taking photographs. Additionally, it is also prohibited to bring mobile phones into coal mines.
