I’m looking for the management regulations regarding the entry and exit of tank trucks at chemical plants. Thank you everyone:):):)
Article 11 Management of Vehicles Entering the Facility 1. Motor vehicles entering the facility shall be equipped with valid fire shields and small fire extinguishing equipment； 2. When railway locomotives are brought into the depot, they must comply with safety regulations; buffer cars should be attached, sliding operations with the locomotive in tow are prohibited, and safety measures must be in place to prevent the generation of sparks ； 3. After loading or unloading fuel, various external motor vehicles are not allowed to be parked or repaired within the warehouse. Motor vehicles other than the fire trucks in this depot are not allowed to enter the tank farm without approval ； 4. Tank trucks must have reliable static grounding points, and the static grounding straps of these trucks should maintain an effective length to meet the grounding requirements.
1. After parking, install anti-slip clips on the wheels. 2. Ensure the static electricity grounding is properly connected. 3. Hang the car keys on the signboard. 4. Once everything is done, give the car keys to the driver so that the car can leave as soon as possible.
