A foundation that is 150 or 200 units above the ground level is the most basic； 200 and 300 from the bottom of the tank are the most common for outlet pipelines.
We’re currently talking about a base height of 1 meter; it’s fine for the outlet of the poor-amine liquid tank to be two or three hundred millimeters below the bottom of the tank.
